For the next three years, NDI will be participating in Center for Companies That Care’s (CTC) AIM initiative. CTC launched their inner-city student mentoring initiative in May 2007 with the goal to ensure that 100% of participating students will graduate from high school, enter college, and gain the skills needed to succeed in tomorrow’s workplace.
