Each year we plan an NDI Summer Fun Day to conduct an annual team strategy meeting and to spend some quality time together in some just-for-fun activities.

Summer Fun Day 2007 began with breakfast and planning session at Ann Sathers. Each team member prepared and led a discussion on various topics such as: ways to be more environmentally sensitive in our work, how we can maintain a learning environment, improving the physical space that we work in, web innovations and unleashing our creativity (or the devil inside each of us).

Next we boarded the NDI Conundrum Mobile for a “Devil in the White City’ tour led by Rolf Achilles, an an independent Art Historian and Adjunct Associate Professor of Art History and Theory and Criticism at the School of the Art and Institute of Chicago. We ended the day at Navy Pier.
