NeigerDesign Wins Chicago Public Library Design Contest

Written By: NeigerDesign

We’re pleased to announce that the poster design we entered into the Chicago Public Library’s Design Contest was awarded the Grand Prize last night!

The poster was created by Josh Rains and Tre’ Henry, with art direction from Carol Neiger. It represents the theme of Chicago as "The City that Reads Together", and highlights Chicago’s ongoing "One Book, One Chicago" program. The award ceremony took place in the Harold Washington Library Center’s Winter Garden at the top of the library, and gave designers, judges and the public a chance to mingle and view all of the entries.

As the winning entry into the contest, the poster will be used in a city-wide awareness campaign, and we now have a beautifully framed print hanging in our office. Nice work, Tre’ and Josh!
