If you have developed challenging websites and have great communication skills, we’d like to meet you. Profile of the perfect candidate: 4+ years’ experience, 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, strong work ethic, enjoys a team setting, and has a technically strong development portfolio.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Web Design and Development or related field
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Knowledge of JavaScript a Plus.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse and problem solve.
• Demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience with open source platforms (Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress)
• Experience with SEM, SEO, PPC and Social Media platforms a Plus.
• Experience with e-commerce solutions a PLUS.
• Proficient in Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Internal responsibilities:

• Build vendor relationships.
• Mange a web team and oversee outsourced vendors.
• Continue the advancement of NeigerDesign’s internal capabilities and stay on top of trends and development news.

Client responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the development, implementation, and on-going support of web projects.
• Plan budgets, estimate jobs for proposals—responsible for adhering to project budgets.
• Client contact and client relationship building: scheduling, progress reports, conference reports.
