For the next three years, NDI will be participating in the AIM HIGH initiative, sponsored by Center for Companies That Care (CTC). CTC launched their inner-city student mentoring initiative in May 2007 with the goal of ensuring that 100% of participating students will graduate from high school, enter college, and gain the skills needed to succeed in tomorrow's workplace. "At NDI we believe in the importance of sharing our work and life experiences and giving back to the community," says Barry Lohman, NDI's primary mentor contact. NDI will be mentoring a student from Urban Prep for the duration of his high school career. We are particularly excited to have the opportunity as a Chicago-based creative agency to mentor a talented student who is interested in pursuing a career in the creative field.
