NDI has been involved in several large-scale rebranding projects in the past few months. Design Director, Barry Lohman uses these complex projects as an opportunity to continuously improve our detailed project management tools. Lately he has refined our scheduling software format to make it more client friendly and developed a PDF presentation system that enables our direct client pass on the presentation with all relevant information included. NDI continues to develop and improve tools we use in the early analytic phase of the branding project. Barry says that every branding project we work on provides the opportunity to learn from our clients.
"Meeting new people and understanding what they do, hearing their story…you form a connection with them–the initial learning curve is fun–we come out of those meetings thinking ‘wow, I really like these people!"
