Tom is taking charge by stepping up his leadership role as head of our Web Team. His never-ending quest to stay abreast of the latest web technologies continues to expand our growing capabilities. Tom is excited to see many open source technologies such as Joomla, Drupal and Magento moving to the forefront as viable options that rival proprietary solutions.

He is committed to help our clients get results by designing and implementing search engine optimization, content management systems and social networking.

Tom has also established an internal weekly Lunch-n-Learn which is devoted to learning new developments in web technology.

His development of NeigerDesign's secure Intranet incorporates a forum, document management center, and instant messaging. It has expanded internal communication and learning and serves as a resource for tools that make us more efficient.
