What is "Craft Time with This Guy" you ask? It's a little break where NDI staff get down and dirty and back to our artistic roots. Paint? Check. Pencils and markers? Double check. Macaroni and glue skillz? We'll talk.

Once a month, led by our own in-house craft guy Josh (he would be "This Guy"), each member of their staff gets to take a step back away from the computer and let down their hair. Proverbially, of course. Sorry John and Barry.

From painting each other's portraits to making inkblot masterpieces, it's all about freedom of expression. It's a way to reconnect with the hand-made dimension of our profession that is often forgotten or replaced by the simplicity of computers.

It's like art school. All over again. Even if not all of us can remember that far back.
