Merge, Rebrand and Conquer

Revenue Cycle Solutions’ (RCS) recent merger with Cash Retriever Systems (CRS) called for a fresh look for their brand and marketing materials. NDI conducted interviews with key staff and clients from both companies.

Our interview findings, combined with an audit of marketing materials of RCS, CRS and their competitors, gave us the insight needed for the development of a refreshed brand for the launch of the new Revenue Cycle Solutions.

Building on the equity of the existing RCS mark, we created a memorable tagline, “Healthcare for your revenue cycle” that captured the essence of their business and clearly identified with their target audience. Dynamic concept illustrations, which were used to represent the various key principles and functions that differentiate RCS from their competitors, provided the foundation for a new branded family look.

The new marketing materials have been enthusiastically embraced by staff from both original companies and have been key to the successful transitioning of existing clients and the acquisition of new ones.
