Shepard Medical Products manufactures and markets medical gloves. Our strategic plan positioned their products to the right target markets. NDI used focus groups and qualitative research to facilitate product naming and package design to give CareMates a strong brand presence in a crowded consumer retail setting.

An essential component of the strategic plan for new product introductions is to create a well integrated brand and marketing program. The brand we created for the packaging system was extended to create a strong family look encompassing the website, direct marketing, and sales promotion materials.
