PatientMD is a Health Information Exchange and a Health Record Bank which provides a connection between patients and their physicians that allows the secure and private sharing and exchange of complete patient health records. We developed the brandmark and website for this patient-centered, physician-driven grassroots organization focused on modernizing our healthcare delivery system.
