Ballard Healthcare engaged NDI to create a strategic marketing plan. Our first step was to brand Ballard’s Continuing Education classes as Ballard EDU. We procured mailing lists targeting local influential patient referral sources such as nurses, rehab therapy professionals, respiratory therapists, social workers, and case managers. By offering valuable case study instruction on various topics such as renal care, post-surgical rehab and post-acute heart failure management, Ballard’s clinical experts forged a lasting impression on the patient advocates. Within days of the mailing, Ballard began receiving registrations, rapidly filling the sessions. The campaign was far more successful than anticipated. The marketing plan continues to evolve.
