VOR unites people in advocacy in order to educate and assist families, organizations, public officials, and individuals concerned with the quality of life and choice for persons with mental retardation within residential options. NeigerDesign helped with VOR rebranding, enhancing a name change from the full name they have been using for 25 years to an acronym. The use of the bright orange repeat pattern of semi circles for the "O" in "VOR," also represents "speaking out," or "advocacy" on behalf of individuals with mental retardation. This brand was applied through all corporate elements such as stationary, website and signage.
