Web-Based Publishing

NeigerDesign’s turnkey web-based publishing toolkits allow our clients to offer their audiences the ability to create their own personalized marketing materials through a web-based portal. The process allows each user to self register, creating a database of information that auto-populates pre-determined variable fields of any marketing item or advertisement the user selects to produce.

The process can be fully automated to include the user’s specific text and logo artwork and can also be programmed to allow each user to modify text or graphics that are part of the online template. The system can include an image library component that could give users the opportunity to upload their own images. We can also give users options for basic design configurations.

A step-by-step User Guide walks the user through the process and phone support is always available. The system automatically generates PDF proofs that allow the user to review and distribute to others, then log back on to make edits to their saved projects. Users can place orders for digital or offset printing that is billed and delivered directly to them. High-resolution PDFs are delivered as final artwork for ads that users can then submit to the publications for which they have contracted advertising space. Pricing is predetermined and can be set up as a profit center for the client.

Our process includes branding the online interface to create a destination site for users that makes it easy for clients to promote to their audiences. We can develop strategic plans to promote use of the online toolkits to maximize our clients' return on investment.
