NeigerDesign’s poster took first place in the Chicago Public Library’s contest to promote its reading program One Book / One Chicago, where every Chicagoan has the opportunity to explore a great theme through books, films, performances, lectures, storytelling and art, with programs offered year-round in every neighborhood across the city.
