Credentialing Program Development and Brand Evolution
Creating a sound credentialing program is one of the most important activities an occupation or institution can undertake. Our team partnered with the organization formerly known as ProExam to help build and enhance credentialing programs, beginning with a deep understanding of their mission and a thorough analysis of their credentialing requirements.
One of our first initiatives was to refresh the brand identity, honoring the legacy of the owl symbol that had been part of the organization’s image since 1941.
In addition, we worked closely with their leadership to help redefine the business model, focusing on a progressive growth strategy through four sequential phases — expanding from traditional markets into new growth markets, developing intellectual properties, and exploring enterprise-level opportunities.
To support these efforts, we created a comprehensive suite of marketing materials for their traditional markets and products. This included webinars, website development, direct mail, brochures, digital marketing campaigns, and tradeshow banners.
Today, although the company has been acquired and operates under a new name and identity, this project remains a strong example of our ability to drive brand evolution, business strategy, and marketing communications for credentialing organizations.
